“Serving in the role of Office Manager for Dr. Tom Dean was the highlight of my decades-long career. Dr. Dean truly cares for his patients throughout their journey, from childbearing to menopause - the whole patient is his priority for life. His extraordinary compassion is mirrored by his providers and his staff. I am honored and privileged to have represented this practice as Office Manager."
Martha will enter her retirement this month and we wish her nothing but peace and happiness.

Shirley
Shirley has worked for Dr Dean off and on over the last 20yrs. She has worked in many roles throughout the office. Shirley retired in 2006 for 12 years, and came back to work in 2019. She has been married to her husband Jim for 56 years. They have two sons and 6 grandchildren. Shirley loves to cruise and has gone many places.
Registered Nurse
Crystal
Crystal came to work with Dr. Dean in 2013 and currently functions as our phone triage nurse. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in May 2021.
Medical Assistant
Kara
Kara Haley grew up in Waco, Texas and attended Texas Tech University where she met her husband, Rocky. As a military spouse, Kara traveled the world and pursued her degree while raising two children. She worked as an OB/Gyn medical assistant in both New Mexico and Arizona. After returning to Texas, Kara began working with Dr. Dean in 2015. She then went to work at Frank Seale Middle School for the next 5 years as a nurse’s aide. Kara is excited to be back at Dr. Dean’s office as of February 2020! In her spare time, Kara enjoys reading, watching both football and softball, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, and their two children, Colton and Julianna. Kara adores children and loves being a mom. She feels blessed to help Dr. Dean’s patients grow their families and is very excited to provide excellent care in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

Kristan
Kristan Littleton joined the Dean OBGYN family in July 2021. After being a stay at home mom for 14 years, Kristan’s passion for helping and encouraging people led her to the front office where she assists patients with their current and future office visits.
She has been married to her husband Jason for 21 years and they have been blessed with 3 amazing children.
Certified medical assistant
Brittan
Brittan started working for Dr. Dean in June of 2020. She graduated in 2017 from MPI as a Certified Medical Assistant. Since working as an CMA she also has been trained as a Medical Scribe. Brittan married her husband, Trent, in October of 2018 and welcomed their daughter, Cheyenne, in Dec of 2019. She enjoys helping her patients anyway she can, being a mom herself she hopes to make their pregnancy journey as smooth as possible. Brittan hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in OB/GYN.

Erica
Erica joined Dr. Dean’s office on February of 2021 as the billing specialist.
ob/gyn sonographer
Kandise R.D.M.S
Kandise has been with Dr. Dean since 1991 and has worked as a sonographer for over 40 years. Her hobbies include competitive water - skiing.
